Mukesh Ambani of Mumbai is the head of petrochemicals giant Reliance Industries. His net worth is about $43 billion these days. He is also the future owner of the world’s first billion-dollar home—a 27-story custom skyscraper more akin to a hotel than a traditional a house.

The home doesn’t actually begin till after six stories of parking space to house the cars of the Ambani family and the home’s employees. The exterior is lined with hanging gardens featuring hydroponic plants absorb heat and contribute to the home’s energy efficiency.

Every level has a distinct purpose, the most notable of which are the entertainment and health spaces.

Entertainment Level: Forget the screening rooms and oversized flat screens. This home has a full movie theater. Don’t forget the concessions. It also has a wine room, snack bar and entertainment space for miscellaneous fun.

Health Level: This health level is an indoor/outdoor space that puts the fitness floor to luxury hotels to shame. With a lap pool, Jacuzzi, lounge chairs, trees, full gym, changing rooms and yoga and dance studios, it’s a true marvel. It also features a juice bar and ice room.

The Roof: Lounging 27 stories high must be absolutely breathtaking. The Mumbai skyline and Arabian Sea are within eye’s reach, so the Ambani family can feel like they’re on top of the world.
